The spatula is handmade in Tunisia from ancient Tunisian olive trees that have come to the end of their productive life, they are all different and all bear the marks of their working.
Occasionally apply a little vegetable oil to maintain and preserve the appearance of the wood.

Rub your olive wood product with olive, peanut or sunflower oil once a month. Dip a paper towel into the oil and gently rub, using a circular motion, over the surface of the wood. Work the oil into the sides, top and bottom of the olive wood.
